In compliance with law 675/96 on privacy, the personal data processing is done within the rules of confidentiality and security required by law.

In order to be hosted in our facility, it is necessary to show a valid ID document, otherwise the guest cannot be checked in.

In case of disputes and claims regarding reservations, only Italian law is applicable and the Court of Lecce shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Confirming the reservation implies the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. If any condition of this agreement is found by a court to be invalid or become invalid or should any omission occur, the validity and enforceability of the other conditions shall not be affected.

DETAILS OF BOOKING

• Daily cleaning of the apartments.
• The costs of water, gas and electricity for domestic use (including heating and air conditioning) are included in the price.
• If we are forced to cancel the booking due to reasons of a greater cause, we will notify you immediately.

FURTHER DETAILS OF YOUR STAY

• It is forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
• It is not allowed to accommodate other people, other than those regularly hosted.
• Any damage to the structure must be reimbursed by the responsible guest in agreement with the management of the structure.
• The complete change of linen is provided upon arrival of each new guest.
• You can not leave objects of any kind in the corridors or in the common areas.
• The owner of the structure, declines all responsibility for personal items left unattended by guests inside and outside the apartments.
• It is required to take care to turn off the lights, the air conditioner and other systems when out of the apartments.
• In case of impoverishment, loss and / or breakage of objects and things due to gross negligence and / or willful misconduct on the part of the Guest, the same (or whoever for him) is obliged to pay damages.
• In case of damage or of the building, furniture and objects in the equipment, the damage must be compensated by the person who procured it. Compensation of this type must be made immediately and in cash.
• Anyone who causes damage to the building, the furniture and the objects supplied is held legally responsible within the regulations in force. Theft and intentional damage are immediately reported.
• The management of the structure assumes no responsibility for values ​​(money, jewelry, etc.) stored in guest quarters or in common areas.
• The arrival time is from 11.00 to 21.00.
• The day of departure the house must be left within 10.00 am.
• By confirming the booking, the Guest declares to have read the General Conditions and to accept them in their entirety.
